### テスト 1: The umpire's whistle and a ball that hits an umpire

- Umpires whistle to show the ball is out of play only when necessary. (出典: FIH Rules 2027, Rule 11.6)
- Umpires whistle to indicate a goal and to re-start time and play. (出典: FIH Rules 2027, Rule 11.6)

- If the ball touches an umpire or an unauthorised person and no team is disadvantaged, play continues. (出典: FIH Rules 2027, Rule 11.8)
- A spectator counts as an unauthorised person; because a team lost out, a bully re-starts play. (出典: FIH Rules 2027, Rule 11.8)
- Since 2026 play goes on after the ball hits an umpire unless a team is disadvantaged; here dark lost the ball, so a bully follows. (出典: FIH Rules 2027, Rule 11.8)
- The defending team was disadvantaged by the touch, so the match re-starts with a bully. (出典: FIH Rules 2027, Rule 11.8)
