# 第3条：競技者

第3条は、誰がプレーできるかに関するすべてを定めています。チームの人数と、開始または再開に必要な最少人数、交代の人数と手順、ウォーミングアップ、ゴールキーパーの交代、交代に関する反則と罰則、退場となった競技者と数的不利の得点に関する決まり、ピッチ上の部外者、不適切な再入場、そしてチームのキャプテンを扱います。

## 3.31 チームの人数、交代、メンバー表

フットサルのチームが出場させる競技者の数と、開始または再開に必要な最少人数、公式競技会、A代表の試合、その他の試合での交代要員の人数と交代回数、試合前の競技者と交代要員のリストの提出、そして交代要員のウォーミングアップの上限を扱います。

### テスト 1: ピッチ上の競技者の数

## 3.32 交代の手順とゴールキーパーの交代

交代の手順を順に扱います。交代ゾーンを通って出入りすること、交代がいつ完了するか、交代が完了していない交代要員にできないこと、唯一のタイミングの例外であるタイムアウト、そしてゴールキーパーを交代する2つの方法、すなわち交代要員が自由に入れ替わる方法と、ピッチ上の競技者がプレーの停止中に事前の通告をしたうえでのみ入れ替わる方法を扱います。

### テスト 1: 交代の手順：出ることと入ること

## 3.33 交代の反則、不適切な再入場、チームのキャプテン

交代がうまくいかなかった場合に定められている反則（交代要員が早く入る、または誤ったゾーンから入る、交代して退く競技者が不適切に退く、その他の反則）、競技者が主審に求められる許可なくピッチに再び入った場合の扱い、そしてチームのキャプテンのアームバンドと限定的な責任を扱います。
