What an appeal is, Level 2 appeals to the World Triathlon Tribunal (deadline, fee, content) and Level 3 appeals to the Court of Arbitration for Sport.

## 13.131 Appeals

Level 2 appeals to the Tribunal and Level 3 appeals to CAS.

### Test 1: Level 2 appeals to the Tribunal
