The FIH and the IFWHA

10 tests · 100 facts · updated 30 October 2026 · markdown

How hockey got its world bodies: the FIH's founding in Paris in 1924 and its seven founders, the women's IFWHA of 1927, women's hockey before titles, the rival championships of the 1970s, the 1982 merger, the first world events, the FIH's presidents and its role today.

Each test below is ten questions on Insporta. The list under a test is what the questions check: one fact per question, with the source it was written from. Read it before the test, or come back from a wrong answer.
