ミックスリレーのチームは4人の選手、男子2人と女子2人で構成され、それぞれがレースを1本完全に行います。

各メンバーは、アクアスロン、トライアスロン、クロストライアスロン、デュアスロン、またはウィンター種目のいずれかを、1人ずつ完全に行います。
