2.22有缺陷的球、备用球与额外球

比赛用球在比赛进行中、比赛恢复时，或在罚球点球/罚球点球决胜/DFKSAF 踢球过程中途变得有缺陷时如何处理，场地周围备用球的规定以及额外的球误入场内，有缺陷的球从球门框架弹出后打入的进球，以及这些内容与第2条球的规格之间的联系。
